Today marks PUSH’s one week book birthday! And what a week it has been. The best part: hearing from soooo many readers! I’ve been barraged with emails, Facebook PMs, Goodreads messages, tweets, and Twitter DMs – all filled with thoughts on David and Emma’s story. THANK YOU! As a debut author, I can’t tell you how awesome it is to know that I’ve been able to make you FEEL something. ANYTHING. Anger, lust, compassion, dread, understanding, sadness, love, surprise, pity. I don’t care what you feel when you read this book. Because whatever it is, it doesn’t matter. The point is to feel SOMETHING. Something that makes you turn the page and keep reading. Something that makes you tell a friend to read it too, just so you have someone to talk to about it. Something that confuses you or inspires you or captivates you.
